This year, Arkitera organized the seventh ARKIV Selections, the most competitive construction bids, and on February 10, 2014 the council made final decisions on 117. Included I the decision is the Kocaeli-Gebze IV Imes Specialized Machine Organized Industrial Zone, a storage building with 1100m2 sitting area on 4000m2 of land and a ferroconcrete system as well as the Metrans Office and Factory Building, which will consist of a three-storey building with a 500m2 sitting area. Although we qualified to apply for 63 projects, we chose to undertake only these two projects.
