
The salary structure in our organisation is determined by an employee’s education, experience, tasks, responsibilities, performance, as well as competencies and market conditions. Salaries are paid in gross on a monthly basis. Salaries are reviewed annually in accordance with performance results and indicators indexed to market conditions. In addition to fixed salaries, there is a variable payment system for some positions, such as in sales and service. Additionally, bonuses are paid annually to reward outstanding performance and achievement.
