Our performance system aims to guide our employees in accordance with the company’s goals. This enables our employees to achieve these goals and also to be rewarded for their contribution. We also develop our employees’ performance by providing feedback as well as promoting successful employees to higher positions in the company. In this respect, the performance of our employees is assessed based on our targets and their achievements.

 

At the beginning of the year, employee targets are set in conjunction with the company’s aims. In order to understand whether employees have met their targets, each member of staff undergoes a performance review. This is conducted annually in our institution. At the end of the year a final review is performed. The data obtained is used to guide training and improvement, and to inform the Career Management as well as the Salary Management Systems.

 

Kosifler Group employees are expected to be diligent in terms of their performance, career progression and ability to meet their targets. From this perspective, the most significant performance indicators are a continuous desire to learn, supporting the team members, and being able to implement changes.
